Working Principle Of Vibrating Screen:

The vibrating screen is to drive vibrator through V-belt under the power of ordinary motor, so that the screen body along the vibrating power direction to make a cyclical reciprocating, the material in the screen surface to make round movement, so as to make the materials sieved.

1. The materials drops down the long line, and the machine bears the features of different specifications.
2. Taking the partial block as the exciter, which is strong.

Rock Crushing Plant

In rock crushing plant, jaw crusher is used as primary crusher machine, when big rocks are crushed smaller after jaw crusher, they are transferred to impact crusher or cone crusher for secondary crushing, then go through the rock shapping machine for getting cubic size. Using screening machine to screen out the suitable rock aggregate, while the unsuitable rocks return to the crusher machine fro re-crushing.

General natural rocks is big, it is not suitable for construction building. So we must crush these rocks into small size or change the form of it in rock crushing plant. rock crushers is the machine that is used to reduce the size, or change the form of waste materials so they can be more easily disposed of or recycled, or to reduce the size of a solid mix of raw materials (as in rock ore), so that pieces of different composition can be differentiated.
