The Series 2500 Vibration Table has been very well received. It is lightweight yet rigid. The table’s modular construction makes it very easy for us to assemble and ship a standard table from the size selection chart in three to four weeks.

With the addition of the new Series 320 Vibration Isolation Bearings, a wider range of payloads can be isolated making it easier to add and remove microscope accessories.

And, as always, the isolation is only where you need it - - beneath the instrument. You are free to locate this area on the left-hand side, right-hand side, or in the center as is shown in this picture

This table is available in widths from 30” to 72” wide. The isolation area can be placed on the left hand side, the right-hand side, or in the center as is shown in this picture.

Options available: Keyboard tray, shelves, cable and power management features, monitor stand and casters.

vibration table is now used as an alternative method for the fabrication of mortar specimens under ASTM C109. It is an accepted fully automatic specimen preparation machine, allowing your technicians to set up the specimens and walk away. ToniVIB will ensure highly accurate and repeatable test specimens to increase your test production and results.

The table operates with a free swinging vibration plate driven by a magnetic vibrator with a frequency of 3000 oscillations per minute. The user can control the oscillation amplitude, variable from 0.4mm to 1mm. A timer is also included with the unit to ensure time lapse accuracy.

Accessories for the ToniVIB include clamping devices, triple-gang moulds and a feeding hopper. A number of different moulds for standardized testing are available.
